A nutrition consult offers a sustainable approach to eating that supports your training and everyday life, without short term diets or extremes.
You ‘ll learn how to understand the food you are eating without stress or restriction. No rigid meal plans and definitely no chicken, rice and broccoli! We’ll focus on improving what you already eat and making small changes that add up over time.
Sessions are available individually, with follow up sessions recommended for ongoing support and progress.

Face to face training is in person coaching where sessions are one on one in the gym with me. Training is tailored to your goals and I’m right there with you offering guidance, motivation and support for you to build strength and stay consistent.

Face to face training is for you if you value in person support, coaching, and feedback. It’s perfect if you want the accountability and motivation that comes with training in person!

Not at all! Training is adapted to your starting point. After an initial chat, we decide the right approach for you and build progress gradually.

How many sessions you need depends on your goals, lifestyle, and what you are comfortable investing. We will talk through what makes sense for you.
If you are just starting out or need extra motivation, two sessions per week is a great place to begin and helps you build consistency and confidence.

Yes. Training can be adapted around injuries or physical limitations to help you move safely and build strength. For injury rehabilitation or medical treatment, I recommend working with a qualified physical therapist or medical professional alongside your training.

Any in person or live session requires at least 24 hours notice to cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50 percent fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session will be charged in full.
