Remote training means I come to you. I travel around Melbourne’s inner north and can meet you at home, in your apartment gym, or at a nearby park. I bring the equipment you need so you can train in a space that feels comfortable and familiar.

Ideal if you’re short on time, prefer being outdoors or find traditional gyms a bit intimidating. You get the same supportive coaching you’d receive in the gym, plus a program to follow in your own time and ongoing support to keep you on track.  Sessions start at $119 for 45 minutes

A nutrition consult offers a sustainable approach to eating that supports your training and everyday life, without short term diets or extremes.

You ‘ll learn how to understand the food you are eating without stress or restriction. No rigid meal plans and definitely no chicken, rice and broccoli! We’ll focus on improving what you already eat and making small changes that add up over time.

Sessions are available individually, with follow up sessions recommended for ongoing support and progress.

  • Remote training is in person coaching where I travel to you. Sessions are delivered in your chosen location and run as a full 45 minute personalised training session, giving you the same support and guidance as gym based training without the need to travel.

    Pricing may vary depending on travel distance and location.

  • Remote training is perfect if you want in person coaching with maximum convenience. It suits busy individuals, those who prefer training at home or in a private space, and anyone looking for training without the time or stress of travel.

  • Not at all! Training is adapted to your starting point. After an initial chat, we decide the right approach for you and build progress gradually.

  • How many sessions you need depends on your goals, lifestyle, and what you are comfortable investing. We will talk through what makes sense for you. 

    If you are just starting out or need extra motivation, two sessions per week is a great place to begin and helps you build consistency and confidence.

  • Yes. Training can be adapted around injuries or physical limitations to help you move safely and build strength. For injury rehabilitation or medical treatment, I recommend working with a qualified physical therapist or medical professional alongside your training.

  • Any in person or live session requires at least 24 hours notice to cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50 percent fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session will be charged in full.
