This option is perfect if you prefer training at home, while traveling, or simply like the convenience of following a structured plan at your own pace. You still get one on one guidance through check-ins, feedback, and adjustments to keep progressing safely and effectively.

You ‘ll learn how to understand the food you are eating without stress or restriction. No rigid meal plans and definitely no chicken, rice and broccoli! We’ll focus on improving what you already eat and making small changes that add up over time.
Sessions are available individually, with follow up sessions recommended for ongoing support and progress.

No you don't need a gym membership for any service with me, if you train face to face you'll come to the gym I train at

If you are just starting out or need extra motivation, two sessions per week is a great place to begin and helps you build consistency and confidence.

Yes. Training can be adapted around injuries or physical limitations to help you move safely and build strength. For injury rehabilitation or medical treatment, I recommend working with a qualified physical therapist or medical professional alongside your training.

Any in person or live session requires at least 24 hours notice to cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50 percent fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session will be charged in full.
