  • Not at all! Training is adapted to your starting point. After an initial chat, we decide the right approach for you and build progress gradually.

  • How many sessions you need depends on your goals, lifestyle, and what you are comfortable investing. We will talk through what makes sense for you. 

    If you are just starting out or need extra motivation, two sessions per week is a great place to begin and helps you build consistency and confidence.

  • Yes. Training is available both in person, online and remote, depending on your location and preference. Both options follow the same structured approach, giving you flexibility to choose what fits your life best.

Sessions focus on moving better and creating progress you can feel beyond the gym. No cliches, pressure or extremes, just consistent training that fits your life long term.

  • Any in person or live session requires at least 24 hours notice to cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50 percent fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session will be charged in full.

  • Online training is either a live 45 minute session with me, just like a personalised face to face session, or through a programmed training package.

  • Online training is for you if you want flexible coaching without being tied to a specific location. It suits busy individuals, those who travel, or anyone who prefers to train independently while still having accountability and ongoing support to stay consistent and make progress.

  • Remote training is in person coaching where I travel to you. Sessions are delivered in your chosen location and run as a full 45 minute personalised training session, giving you the same support and guidance as gym based training without the need to travel.

    Pricing may vary depending on travel distance and location.

  • Remote training is perfect if you want in person coaching with maximum convenience. It suits busy individuals, those who prefer training at home or in a private space, and anyone looking for training without the time or stress of travel.
